For one afraid of governor's injustice

[اللهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّماوَاتِ السَّبعِ, وَ رَبَّ العَرشِ العَظِيمِ, كُن لِي جَاراً مِن (اِسمُهُ(وَ أَحزَابِهِ مِن خَلائِقِكَ, أَن يَفرُطَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ مِنهُم وَ يَطغَى عَزَّ جَارُكَ وَ جَلَّ ثَنَائُكَ, وَ لا إِلهَ إِلا أَنت

Allahumma rabba s-samawati s-sabci, wa rabba-l-carshi-l-cazimi. Kun li jaran min (citer son nom) wa ahzabihi min khala'iqika, an yafruta calayya ahadun minhum wa yatgha.cAzza jaruka, wa jalla thana'uka, wa la ilaha illa ant.

O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the earth and the great throne, protect me from so-and-so [tell the name of the person] and from his allies among your creatures, and from being subjected by their abus or tyranny. Honoured is your protected, exalted is your praise, none has the right to be worshipped except You., اللهُ أَكْبَر, اللهُ أَعَزُّ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ جَمِيعًا, اللهُ أَعَزُّ مِمَّا أَخَافُ وَ أَحْذَر, أَعُوذُ باللِه الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُو, , الْمُمْسِكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ أَنْ يَقَعْنَ عَلَى الأَرْضَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِه, مِنْ شَرِّ عَبْدِكَ فُلاَنٍ, وَ جُنُودَهُ وَ أَتْبَاعَهُ وَ أَشْيَاعَه, مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَ الإِنْس, اللَّهُمَّ كُن لِي جَارًا مِنْ شَرِّهِم, جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُك وَ عَزَّ جَارُك, وَ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُك, وَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْت

Allahu akbaru. Allahu acazzu min khalqihi jamican. Allahu acazzu mimma akhafu wa ahdharu. Acudhu bi-l-lahi l-ladhi la ilaha illa huwa-l-mumsiki s-samawati s-sabci an yaqacna cala-l-ardi illa bi-idhnihi, min sharri cabdika (citer son nom) wa junudihi wa atbacihi wa ashyacihi mina-l-jinni wa-l-insi. Allahumma kun li jaran min sharrihim. Jalla thana'uka wa cazza aruka, wa tabaraka smuka, wa la ilaha ghayruka.

Allah is the greatest, Allah is mightier than all things. Allah is mightier than the one I'm afraid of and I mistrust. I take refuge in Allah, none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who hold back the seven heavens from falling on earth except when he'll allowed this, from the misdeeds of You slave so-and-so [tell the name of the person], from his soldiers, from his partisans among the djinns and the human beings. Ô Lord ! Be my protector from their misdeeds. Exalted is Your praise, honoured is Your protected, blessed is Your name and none has the right to be worshipped except You.]
